Teresa Ribeiro is the Representative on Freedom of the Media at the OSCE, and an extremely experienced diplomat for Portugal. She has also served as the President of the National Commission for Human Rights, the President of the Institute of the Media of Portugal and the President of the Steering Committee on Mass Media of the Council of Europe.
